Anmax Energy Pvt ltd is a solar installation or registration on PM Suryaghar portal company that operates through its website (Anmax.in) and its mobile and tablet applications (referred to as "Platforms"). The company offers rooftop solar power generation systems. These Platforms enable Users to buy solar power generation systems from Anmax Energy Pvt Ltd.

2. WHAT IS THIS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?

2.1. This Cancellation and Refund Policy, along with the terms of use at Anmax.in, covers the following:

• Acceptance of cancellations before installation or registration on PM Suryaghar portal.
• Governing terms and conditions for cancellation of order by Users.

2.2. Users should:

• Read and understand this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• If in disagreement, do not accept the Terms of Use and refrain from using the Platforms.
• Accept the unmodified terms of this policy by initiating a purchase request on the Platforms. (Customer Friendly & Refund Policy).

3. TERMS OF CANCELLATION

3.1. Cancellation before installation or registration on PM Suryaghar portal is allowed.
3.2. Users can cancel orders before any installation work happens on the site or before they are registered on PM Suryaghar portal by Anmax Energy Pvt Ltd.
3.3. Users can track their order by logging into their account on the Platforms.
3.4. To cancel before installation or registration on PM Suryaghar portal, users can call or send a WhatsApp message with an order ID to +91 8999743667. Cancellation can also be done on the Platforms.
3.5. For cancellations before installation or registration on the PM Suryaghar portal, refunds will be processed within 3 business days, and the payment will be made using the original method.

4. TERMS OF CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellation must be done before any work related to installation or registration on PM Suryaghar portal begins from our end.
4.1 Cancellation can done at any time after paying the advance and before any work starts on the site.
4.2 We will coordinate with you for starting work on your site, like making earthing pits or installing solar meter box etc.
4.3 If you consent to the start of the work, then you forfeit the right to cancellation and refund.
4.4 We will call you for an OTP to start the process of registration on PM Suryaghar portal after payment of advance.
4.5 If you allow us to register you on PM Suryaghar portal by sharing the OTP, then you forfeit the right to cancellation and refund

5. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

Any grievances relating to the Cancellation and Refund Policy may be directed by you to the grievance officer of Anmax Energy Pvt Ltd who can be contacted on WhatsApp on the customer care team at 8999743667.

6. RETURN / REFUND

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your product, we offer a replacement under our warranty policy. Please contact our support team for assistance.
